    Performance. We guarantee that all equipment and personnel will perform at or above specified levels; if not we'll compensate you.

    RoI. We guarantee that SaaS will meet defined RoI goals; if not, you’ll be compensated for the shortfall.

    Boiler efficiency. We guarantee that boiler efficiency will never fall below a specified metric (%), and that a specified minimum of steam will be delivered to meet production (or other) requirements.
